Your Team

Global Procurement at Invesco is a strategic partner to the business, focused on delivering value through innovation, efficiency, and risk management. The team enables the firm’s objectives by optimizing supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and ensuring compliance across all procurement activities. Within Global Procurement, the Procurement Strategy and Execution team leads the digital transformation journey, implementing advanced technologies, driving analytics, and streamlining processes to create a best-in-class procurement experience for stakeholders worldwide.

Your Role

As a Digital Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in advancing Invesco’s digital procurement strategy by managing and enhancing technology solutions, driving process efficiency, and enabling data-driven insights. You will collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless procurement experience and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Process Enablement

  • Execute and enhance procurement technologies across sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier onboarding, and buying channels.

  • Configure systems and implement process improvements to align with procurement policies and evolving business needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user experience.

  • Stay current on digital procurement trends and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to ensure technology solutions are integrated and meet business requirements.

  • Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Supplier & Solution Management

  • Manage relationships with procurement technology vendors, monitor performance, and assist with contract renewals in collaboration with Category Managers.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Leverage procurement data to generate actionable insights and reports that support decision-making and demonstrate value.

  • Maintain documentation for dashboards and analytics configurations.

The Experience You Bring

  • Procurement Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier onboarding, and supplier risk management.

  • Digital Procurement Skills: Hands-on experience with intake and orchestration technologies, including workflow design, process optimization, and system integrations (strongly preferred).

  • Transformation Mindset: Proven track record of supporting digital transformation initiatives within procurement.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to drive adoption and alignment across global teams.

Technology & Tools Familiarity:

  • Procurement platforms: SAP Ariba for sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.

  • Intake/orchestration tools: Exposure to Globality, Ironclad, or Zip (preferred).

  • Analytics & reporting: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik for data visualization and insights.

  • Emerging technologies: Familiarity with Machine Learning and Generative AI is a plus.

Academic requirements

MBA or Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science/IT, or a related field from Tier II or equivalent institute.
