The Walt Disney Company’s Digital & Streaming Operations team is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing Operations organization across Latin America. As part of the team supporting the launch and expansion of our streaming business in LATAM, this role will ensure the flawless implementation and delivery of Disney’s digital advertising portfolio, spanning our streaming platforms, owned and operated sites, and programmatic ecosystem. You will work closely with Ad Sales, agencies, and advertisers, leveraging your deep understanding of digital and programmatic media to guarantee seamless campaign execution, while identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Collaboration and agility will be key, as you partner with leaders and peers across Brazil, Mexico, and other regional markets.
The Manager Ad Operations will be responsible for:
You will lead and support the local Ad Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and career development. You will ensure the accurate trafficking, tracking, and reporting of all streaming, digital, and programmatic campaigns. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Billing, and Marketing, to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and post-sale service. You will monitor campaign performance, proactively identifying pacing or delivery issues, and driving optimization. You will oversee workflow and billing accuracy, collaborating with regional counterparts to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. You will provide consistent business status updates, insights, and reports to the Regional Operations Manager. You will troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when needed to ensure timely resolutions. You will also contribute to regional process improvement initiatives and support new feature rollouts, systems, and tools across LATAM.
