Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) team within the Display Division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment processes to ensure seamless operations and meet business objectives.

  • Develop and implement CPFR strategies to enhance demand forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and replenishment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align CPFR plans with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to improve forecasting models and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of CPFR processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in CPFR management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CPFR, demand planning, or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CPFR methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are advantageous.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $126,000 and $155,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
