Job Overview

The Corporate & Facilities Services Manager is accountable for managing/supervising corporate greeters, mail clerks, and corporate couriers located at 2035 and 2040 Camfield offices.  Additionally, the Manager of Corporate & Facilities Services is responsible for coordinating all incoming and outgoing corporate correspondence to our facilities.  Coordination of all audiovisual installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with the vendor of all equipment.  Review, coordination, installation, and maintenance of all CCTV, burglar alarms, and access control at all AltaMed Facilities with our vendor.  Responsible for the management of the Facilities company vehicles to ensure departments are maintaining vehicles, DMV registrations, branding of vehicles, and installation/management of tracking devices.  Other duties include, but are not limited to, the timely and efficient distribution of mail and other items as required, reviewing and evaluating current operation procedures, personnel practices, establishing procedures, priorities in keeping with effective operations and budgets of corporate supply expenditures, and overseeing the staff responsible for conference room scheduling, set-ups, and breakdowns.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Arts preferred, with a minimum of a High School education.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an office environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate-related support systems.

Compensation

$103,068.16 - $128,835.20 annually
