The Opportunity

Our location in Lake Forest, IL, currently has an opportunity for a Manager of Sales Force Effectiveness

Direct the development, implementation, and improvements of operational processes to increase Business Managers' effectiveness and sales force productivity.

Collaborate with Sales Training, business leaders, and Commercial systems to ensure the effective deployment of Power BI analytics and mydash integrations

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lifecycle management of current analytics solutions is primarily powered by Power BI.

Support long-term and short-term commercial analytical requirements.

Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering programs, for example, Territory management and how analytics can improve impact outcomes.

Activities include analyzing operational processes and developing programs to address them, evaluating third-party providers, developing materials, and managing the effective deployment of resources and tools.

Liaise with internal Salesforce.com and myquote/MDM teams to ensure continuity of data structure for analytics needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING  

Education-

Required:

An associate's or bachelor's degree is required

Preferred:

Advanced Degree - Master’s degree

Experience:

Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience

  • Analytics & Systems: Power BI, Python, Salesforce, & Data management
  • Data Analyst
  • Collaborating & Requirements Gathering with Senior leadership, Sales Managing Directors and above
  • Developing and rolling out a commercial process enabled by analytics Dashboards.
  • Working within fast fast-paced commercial environment
  • Ideally, experience operating globally or at least multiple areas like the US, EU, EEMEAP

The base pay for this position is

$111,300.00 – $222,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
