Job Description Summary

Manager, Channel strategy I&A, play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights for strategic business decisions. The role is responsible for directly contributing to the preparation of key deliverables—including, but not limited to, channel optimization, performance assessment, IPST, CPT, IDS POD, BPR and adhoc materials—ensuring data accuracy, analytical rigor, and effective integration of Hyderabad’s contributions.


 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on analytics for tagged projects including channel optimization and performance assessments
  • Provide actionable insights for each deliverable and address any quality concerns
  • Ensure consistency and triangulation across reports to support holistic business solutions
  • Deep dive into ARDs and base tables to support channel optimization and performance analysis
  • Maintain end-to-end understanding of KPIs, including nuances and exceptions
  • Communicate assumptions, roadblocks, and timelines via calls and emails for smooth delivery
  • Proactively share personal and professional challenges with leads for timely resolution
  • Support project planning across requirement gathering, design, and analysis development
  • Maintain project trackers and documentation for all deliverables
  • Document all codes and business rules using enterprise standards for reuse

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology, life sciences, or management
  • 5–8 years of experience in pharma or healthcare analytics and reporting
  • Proven expertise in patient support program analytics and channel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with datasets like Patient Support, APLD, IQVIA
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python/R, and DataIKU
  • Strong consulting, project management, and storytelling capabilities
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or Six Sigma Greenbelt certification
