Position Summary

The SOR lead will be responsible for the project management of the State Opioid Response Grant (SOR) program. This position will require a strong understanding of grant administration, financial management, and compliance with federal and state regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking grant expenditures, preparing reports, subrecipient relationship management, and ensuring adherence to all grant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


* Grant Administration:
   * Oversee the administration of the SOR grant, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
   * Monitor grant expenditures and prepare financial reports as required.
   * Track grant performance and identify areas for improvement.
 

* Financial Management:
   * Manage the grant budget, including tracking expenditures and reconciling accounts.
   * Prepare budget projections and forecasts.
   * Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
 

* Compliance:
   * Stay current on federal and state regulations related to SOR.
   * Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
   * Develop and implement compliance procedures and policies.
 

* Reporting:
   * Prepare and submit required reports to AHCCCS and other relevant agencies.
   * Analyze program data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
 

* Coordination:
   * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth grant program lifecycle
   * Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient use of grant funds.


Required Qualifications

*Knowledge of Arizona's public healthcare system.

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grant administration or financial management.
* Strong understanding of federal and state grant regulations, particularly those related to SOR, Opioid Treatment modalities (MOUD)
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, teams, outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must live in Arizona-may be required to visit customers



Preferred Qualifications


* Master's degree in public administration, health administration, finance, or a related field.
* Experience working with AHCCCS

* Knowledge of public substance use treatment services and systems.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting.

*Live in Gila, Maricopa or Pinal county


Education

* Bachelor's degree in public administration, health administration, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
