The Opportunity

As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team, you will lead the development of innovative Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services offerings. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of cloud services, making sure that our solutions meet market demands and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the creation of innovative Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services offerings

- Set strategic direction to drive growth in cloud services

- Cultivate and maintain executive-level client relationships

- Mentor emerging leaders within the team

- Confirm solutions align with market needs and client expectations

- Promote collaboration across teams to enhance service delivery

- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement

- Uphold professional standards and ethical practices in engagements

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At Least 13 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure architecture, implementation, and management

- Understanding of managed services business models, including service design, delivery, and commercialization

- Proven experience developing technology service offerings or solutions, preferably in a cloud or managed services environment

- Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, automation, and cost management best practices

- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of working across technical and business teams

- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ecosystem tools and third-party management solutions

- Designing service components for OCI infrastructure management

- Defining operational processes and governance frameworks

- Identifying automation opportunities for service efficiency

- Staying current with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure developments

- Supporting go-to-market activities and client engagements

- Driving internal enablement programs for delivery teams

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
