What will you do?
Corrective and preventive maintenance activities of the equipment and facilities assigned to each of the production areas and/or building. Support and the execution of the tasks and functions of the maintenance group as well as ensure that the plant equipment is always operable.
How will you do it?
The maintenance technician performs mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and control repairs and maintenance on machinery.
The projects and tasks of equipment redesigned are scheduled by the Maintenance Coordinator or by the Manufacturing engineers assigned in the area.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Bachelor’s degree, OR technical degree, preferably in maintenance, manufacturing or engineering.
Practical and technical knowledge to resolve electrical, electronic and CNC control faults.
Practical and technical knowledge to resolve mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
Knowledge of Maintenance KPIs, Down time, MTTR, MTBF.
Availability to work 24/7 and weekends.
5 or more of experience as industrial technical.
experience as a leader or personal management.
OEE understanding.
Preferred:
50 % English spoken and written.
Engineer level or similar.
Practical experience in Electrical Control or PLC, Servo motors, servo drives tooling.
Desirable to be computer literate and proficient in the use and application of programs such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Urgency sense.
