Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for the Electrical Maintenance Technician who can maintain assets in accordance with the common technical practice and manufacturers’ requirements to ensure the right equipment reliability. Follow local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ) requirements, objectives, and guidelines for how the work shall be performed.
This position is located in Bago Factory and direct reporting to Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance tasks following the standards and procedures ensuring the right quality in the most effective way.

• Register required data linked to work orders.

• Support the operation and quality of Jotun’s property and production equipment.

• Actively participate in root cause analysis of reoccurring and critical breakdowns and failures.

• Actively participate in Safe Job Analysis and follow the requirements given in the Work Permit.

• Support engineering projects with documentation for electrical and mechanical drawings

• Support the Commission process for new assets based on the requirement HSEQ- and engineering standards

• Give inputs for data updates in the Matrix Maintenance System, with a focus on PM actions, Standard Jobs, and spare part lists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant, A.G.T.I or B.Tech.

• Electrical Inspection, E.I Certificate Level 2 holder

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experiences in electrical system, preferred from manufacturing industries

• Proficiency with electrical testing machines such as (Insulation test, continuity test, sequence test)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Burmese and English languages.
