SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and follow up maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality.Responsibilities:
Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
Ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality by working together with Operations Team.
Manage maintenance personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality.
Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs
Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance.
Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures.
Ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.

Jotun Indonesia operates two production facilities – one for wet paints in Cibitung and the other for powder coatings in Legok. High service standards to customers including dealers are maintained through a Distribution Hub in Jakarta, supported by a network of warehouses around the country.
