WinnCompanies is looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Supervisor I to join our team at North Mountain Village, a 200-unit affordable housing community located in El Paso, TX.
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property supervising maintenance staff at the property and perform maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will also ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.
Please note that the selected candidate will be required to work on-call schedules when needed.
