Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Facilities department, where you will play a key role in corrective and preventive maintenance planning while optimizing the operation of our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). This is a critical position that ensures the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.

As a Maintenance Planner, a typical day might include:

  • Ensuring the safe accomplishment of daily activities within the maintenance department, while following all site and department practices and procedures.

  • Developing an effective maintenance work order planning process and developing maintenance job plans for scheduled and corrective work, including detailed sequential steps and labor hours

  • Ensuring spare parts and materials are identified and available to perform planned maintenance.

  • Working with Maintenance Teams to develop new, and improve existing, maintenance strategies.

  • Tracking and reporting Preventive Maintenance compliance and schedule adherence metrics.

  • Working closely with site schedulers and department area owners to agree & schedule equipment downtime to ensure minimum impact to production activities.

  • Ensuring completion of all documentation in compliance with site procedures and GDP.

  • Forecasting maintenance workloads over the business year, interacting with other departments to ensure all work is scheduled appropriately and efficiently.

This role might be for you if you:

  • Have demonstrated experience with work week planning horizons and work week execution preparation.

  • Are skilled in detailed planning using advanced EAMS or CMMS systems, including knowledge of estimating labor hours, materials and visualizing job execution.

  • Possess trade experience maintaining production or manufacturing equipment, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

  • Are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with partners.

  • Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Have experience in planning maintenance activities within a GMP regular environment (preferred).

  • Are able to fully gown when entering and working on production floor.

To be considered for this position you should have a BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience along with the following minimum years of experience:

  • Maintenance Planner: 2+ years

  • Senior Maintenance Planner: 5+ years

Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role

Salary Range (annually)

$66,400.00 - $126,800.00
