What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Safely operate tools and machinery to repair or replace components.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, and fabrication techniques.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
