Perform on-site analyzer inspection, repair, and delivery. Manage clerical tasks and respond to customer inquiries for pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers in Japan.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Must possess the ability to engage in direct and indirect communication with pertinent individuals both within and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with common tools.
  • General computer knowledge.
  • Must possess a standard driver's license and drive a car daily.
  • Ability to read manuals in English. It may be necessary to make inquiries in English to overseas factories.

Desirable Experience/Skills

  • Experience as an analytical instrument service engineer or in application support.
  • Previous work background in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing facilities or research institutions, along with proficiency in operating laboratory equipment.
