THE JOB:
As a Lounge Server at Harvest, you will be the vibrant pulse of our relaxed fine dining experience, where every food and drink order you expedite transforms into a moment of delight for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to swiftly and efficiently serve our patrons while delivering top-notch service that captivates and engages. At Harvest, we celebrate globally-inspired and American seasonal cuisine, and your role will be crucial in creating an enjoyable atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
6+ months or previous experience as a cocktail and/or food server in an upscale environment
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
