The Crown Is Yours

As a Lottery Enablement Specialist, you'll support the operations of our nationwide fulfillment centers, focusing on ensuring operational excellence through process optimization, training, communication, and compliance support across all fulfillment locations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Compliance, Regulatory Operations, and Fulfillment Center Leadership to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies that power our lottery business.

What you’ll do as a Specialist of Lottery Enablement

  • Partner with Lottery Enablement leadership to implement operational updates across fulfillment centers and track adoption.

  • Support change management by developing clear communications, training resources, and documentation.

  • Maintain fulfillment knowledge repositories to ensure procedures are current, accessible, and aligned across sites.

  • Collaborate with fulfillment center managers to identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements.

  • Contribute to compliance and audit readiness by supporting regulatory adherence initiatives and documentation.

  • Deliver operational insights through reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, enablement, or process management roles.

  • Background in fulfillment, logistics, or regulated environments is preferred.

  • Ability to leverage data and reporting tools to analyze issues and recommend solutions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Tableau or analytics platforms is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex updates into clear, actionable guidance.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 72,000.00 USD - 90,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
