The Opportunity 

Cochlear has an opportunity for a Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to join the Lane Cove team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). In this role, the successful Logistics Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials in and out of the warehouse. 

Additional Responsibilities Include: 

  • Picking and packing orders 

  • Carrying out general warehouse duties and adhering to relevant Quality Management Systems and WHS procedures 

  • Conducting cycle counts 

  • Kitting materials 

  • Maintaining inventory controls

About You 

As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: 

Essential: 

  • Excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated record of following instructions accurately 

  • Great customer service skills and enthusiasm to contribute 

  • Previous pick and pack experience, including working with RF scanners, is ideal but not essential 

  • Some experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred, though not essential 

  • Availability for the 7:30 am – 3:30 pm shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts
