Major Duties:

  • You will serve under the principle SPC61 or 61 product support subject matter expert to the Product Support Principle Assistance Program Manager to assist in his/her duties as Total Life Cycle Manager
  • You will establish and maintain effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, to include program sponsors, other government agencies, and industry organizations as required.
  • You will ensure Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHST), Facilities, and Support Equipment align with life-cycle sustainment strategies and meet warfighter product support requirements.
  • You will identify potential schedule slippage, requirements changes, and recommend corrective actions to minimize negative impact to the war fighter.
  • You will provide comprehensive logistics support in overseas locations, including coordinating FMS organizations with functional specialists

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Demonstrate knowledge of packaging, handling, storage, transporting, facilities, using logistics management operations to support a specified mission, knowledge of planning executing resource and fiscal management, training, manpower-management, integrating actions of a variety of specialized support activities a comprehensive logistics plan, and identifying delays or problems to ensure actions are met on time. knowledge of packaging, handling, storage, transporting, facilities, using logistics management operations to support a specified mission, knowledge of planning executing resource and fiscal management, training, manpower-management, integrating actions of a variety of specialized support activities a comprehensive logistics plan, and identifying delays or problems to ensure actions are met on time.
