Role Summary:
The Logistics Analyst is responsible for the tactical execution of day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services. This role involves close coordination with contract manufacturers, internal stakeholders, and third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain performance and maintain data integrity within SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Execute daily logistics operations aligned with business goals and SAP requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate ASN/SN submissions from contract manufacturers to meet service KPIs.
- Manage purchase orders, focusing on critical SKUs to ensure full and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate SAP data and update transactional records to support inter-company goods movement.
- Raise purchase requests and follow through to PO generation based on business needs.
- Coordinate internal shipments from Dyson Malaysia Development Center (MDC), including courier arrangements.
- Handle freight insurance claims in line with Dyson procedures.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies; collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective actions.
- Support Global Logistics Excellence initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to performance improvement efforts.

- Solid grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver).
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as SAP, Oracle SCM, and TMS.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to support global time zones (US, UK, APAC).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of operational logistics and shipping experience.
- Strong foundation in data analysis, operations, and process optimization.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, and export management.
- Demonstrated leadership and professional integrity.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
