ING’s Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) team is responsible for centralized transaction reporting platforms and services, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely regulatory submissions. The Risk and Control Lead plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, proactively managing risks, and translating complex regulatory requirements into structured processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management & Improvement:
- Lead end-to-end process performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics.
- Align and prioritize cross-domain process enhancements.
Control Framework Ownership:
- Maintain and enhance RTR’s Risk and Control framework, policies, and procedures.
- Lead Key Control Testing cycles and manage reconciliation frameworks.
- Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and KRIs.
Regulatory Communication Oversight:
- Act as gatekeeper and second reviewer for regulatory communications.
- Maintain a structured communication framework and tracker.
RTR Policy House Ownership:
- Establish and manage the RTR Policy House framework.
- Lead periodic reviews of policies, procedures, and workplace instructions.
