Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Execute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Performs complex standard and non-standard processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills in a variety of assigned work processes
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers
- Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
- Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting
- May assist in updating and maintaining process documentation
- Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards
What we are looking for:
- Fully bilingual French/English professional speaking and writing skills are mandatory
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is mandatory
- Life insurance / New Business experience is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills

Work Environment:
- Laptop, docking station, monitors, headset will be provided
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm EST. May require shift work
- OT may be available according to business needs
