Review and draft contracts, responding to contractual enquiries
Assist with data subject access requests and maintain records of data processing activities
Monitor intellectual property registrations and queries
Conduct legal research and prepare data for team projects
Help develop templates and maintain the precedent legal database
Support the development of automated legal processes
Keep statutory books up to date and assist with board resolutions and meeting schedules
Contribute to process mapping and best practice documentation
Coordinate with external legal advisors and service providers
Handle ad hoc legal queries and act as a point of contact for the business
Excellent IT skills and strong verbal, analytical, and writing ability
Ability to build solid, effective working relationships
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence and assertiveness in a fast-paced environment
Ability to express ideas clearly in writing and presentations
