What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and draft contracts, responding to contractual enquiries

  • Assist with data subject access requests and maintain records of data processing activities

  • Monitor intellectual property registrations and queries

  • Conduct legal research and prepare data for team projects

  • Help develop templates and maintain the precedent legal database

  • Support the development of automated legal processes

  • Keep statutory books up to date and assist with board resolutions and meeting schedules

  • Contribute to process mapping and best practice documentation

  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and service providers

  • Handle ad hoc legal queries and act as a point of contact for the business

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confidence and assertiveness in a fast-paced environment
