St Vincent's Health Australia

Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator

VIC - Melbourne, CBD & Inner Suburbs Full time

Job Description:

Better and fairer care.  Always.

St Vincent's has been a leader in Australia's health and aged care landscape for more than 165 years. Since our founders, the Sisters of Charity, opened our first hospital in 1857, our services and nearly 30,000 people have been behind some of Australia's most important medical breakthroughs. We are a microcosm of Australia’s health and aged care system and are uniquely positioned to lead and respond to our rapidly changing environment.

We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts excellence, compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As the Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator, you will orchestrate a highly effective and creative learner experience, ensuring our Workday Learning (WDL) platform is a high-quality, efficient, and captivating gateway to knowledge, directly supporting our vision for better and fairer care. This involves serving as the curator of our expansive 1,500+ course catalogue, meticulously managing the content details, tags, and regulatory alignment to help every staff member find and access what they need. You will empower our educators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by guiding them on best practices for content creation and platform usage, acting as a crucial internal partner.

You will transform data into actionable insights by building key reports that assess program effectiveness, monitor learner engagement, and track regulatory compliance completion rates, driving continuous improvements across all learning programs. As the system’s best advocate, you will design and deliver WDL capability programs, teaching our users how to leverage new features and best practices. Finally, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing and resolving system queries while co-piloting strategic learning initiatives and managing vital program logistics.

This is a new and exciting permanent full-time opportunity based in our Group Head Office in Melbourne on a hybrid working arrangement.

  • Customer service mindset with the ability to triage and escalate technical requests appropriately and train end-users
  • Familiarity with Articulate Rise or similar eLearning authoring tools
