What you’ll do

This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Leadership Development Manager to join our Global HR team. Reporting directly to the VP, Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, this role will be primarily focused on designing, launching, and managing our employee development initiatives globally, supporting key talent management initiatives and helping to build a world-class Talent & Learning operation.

You will serve as a consultative business partner leading the design, creation, and delivery of the management training & leadership development curriculum across all of DV's business units driving measurable impact at all levels. The ideal candidate has expertise in the following areas: program development and execution, facilitation, content development, attention to the smallest detail, strong collaboration skills, and stakeholder management.

  • Partner with global business stakeholders to identify, design, build, and oversee learning and development strategies and programs to support manager enablement and  skill/capability development.
  • Manage all aspects of global learning programs/project implementation, including project scoping and plan, deliverables, vendor and stakeholder management, budget, content and materials development, and communication strategy.
  • Drive execution, track status and reporting of all program/project components and manage changes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and run in-person (or virtual) learning workshops and sessions and lead facilitation.
  • Identify, manage, and measure key L&D metrics to evaluate and refine learning impact on the business.
  • Support and evolve our key talent management processes in partnership with Talent leadership, DVSM, and the central HR team.
  • Lead project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers

Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business stakeholders, understanding priorities, and translating them into relevant and impactful learning content
  • Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles in the design and implementation of learning programs to effectively engage audiences and support learning
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to enhance learning and development initiatives
  • Demonstrated curiosity about how to leverage AI in the talent & learning space
  • Dynamic and engaging facilitator
  • Experienced in learning design and delivery utilizing a variety of mediums
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - (Workday a plus!)
  • A passion for staying current on learning and organizational development theories and approaches.
  • A collaborative, positive approach to work and problem solving.
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or comparable experience.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.

The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$68,000- $127,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
