We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Facilitator to lead and manage group sessions, workshops, and learning experiences within our organization. The Facilitator will be responsible for guiding discussions, creating an inclusive learning environment, and ensuring participants actively engage with the material and each other. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor their approach to diverse audiences.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that help employees grow, leaders lead better and help our amazing culture thrive. You’ll use Workday to manage, track, and measure learning across the organization, and AI tools to create content faster and smarter. You’ll also bring programs to life through some facilitation, both virtually and in person, ensuring that every session connects, inspires, and delivers real impact.

What You’ll Do
1. Design engaging learning experiences
Develop short, practical programs focused on communication, leadership, feedback, and future-ready skills. Design content that’s accessible, inclusive, and aligned with company goals.
2. Facilitate learning and connection
Lead live workshops, virtual sessions, and team learning experiences that reinforce skills, strengthen culture, and build community.
3. Use AI to build smarter and faster
Leverage tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Articulate, and other tools to produce videos, podcasts, and guides. Maintain quality and brand consistency while innovating how people learn.
4. Make Workday your home base
Use Workday Learning to manage the full learning lifecycle, uploading and tagging content, assigning courses, tracking completions, and building reports that connect learning to performance and engagement data. Partner with HRIS to improve structure, automation, and data flow.
5. Measure with data and surveys
Use Workday data, dashboards, and survey feedback to understand what’s working. Share insights that connect learning outcomes to engagement, performance, and retention.
6. Improve onboarding and employee experience
Design digital and human touchpoints, manager checklists, automated communications, and SharePoint resources, that make the first days feel clear, personal, and connected.
7. Strengthen culture and belonging
Support employee-led culture groups with toolkits, templates, and event calendars that make it easy to organize meaningful activities and align with company values.
8. Build structure and standards
Create templates, naming conventions, and tagging practices to keep learning organized and linked to Beacon’s core skills and capabilities.
9. Connect learning to talent strategy
Align learning programs with Beacon’s six core capabilities — People & Culture Focus, Customer Centric, Results Driven/Tracks, Change agility, Communications mastery, and Tools & AI Adoption, ensuring everything you create drives growth and readiness.
What You Bring
- Workday experience is required. Strong hands-on experience managing learning content, tagging, reporting, and troubleshooting within Workday Learning.
- 3–5+ years in learning experience design, facilitation, or talent development.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with comfort leading both live and virtual sessions.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance or automate content creation.
- Skilled at using data, surveys, and dashboards to measure learning impact and share insights.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Bonus: Experience with onboarding programs, culture initiatives, or change enablement.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time on a domestic fashion
