Job Summary
• This role is responsible for delivering learning solutions to individual contributors and first-level managers. The role involves evaluation of programs and feedback provision for continuous improvement. The role applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to create instructional methods and refine and co-deliver content that aligns with company objectives.
Responsibilities
• Delivers learning solutions to an individual contributor and first level management audience to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.
• Administers and evaluates programs and learning activities to analyze the success and effectiveness of learning initiatives for individuals and groups, and provides feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participates in the creation of instructional and delivery methods using various learning solutions and technologies.
• Contributes to a learning environment with advance preparation, constructive feedback, and response to learner needs.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts from across the organization to build, refine and co-deliver the learning content that best supports the company's objectives within a broader learning framework.
• Establishes credibility by demonstrating developed knowledge of solution content.
• Executes project plans for learning and organization development delivery initiatives.
• Coordinates the maintenance of the learning management system; reviews and evaluates system effectiveness and recommends the implementation of system enhancements.
• Maintains a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices, and finds ways to incorporate them into the Learning & Development delivery strategy.
• Incorporates legal, ethical, and cultural issues relevant for solution delivery as defined.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in training delivery, presentation, facilitation, consulting, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
