Position Overview:

Freddie Mac is seeking a dynamic Lean Portfolio Management Senior to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to establish and scale the foundational blocks of a Lean Portfolio Management program within Multifamily Technology. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and technology, you will lead efforts to enhance efficiency and prioritize a transformative roadmap in the housing finance industry. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, process analysis, performance benchmarking, change management, design thinking, and customer experience to drive strategic transformation and elevate value delivery across the organization.

Your Impact:

  • Lead the integration of Lean principles and Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and rapid solution delivery.

  • Analyze and optimize organizational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce duplication, while effectively balancing risk and control.

  • Drive digital transformation efforts within long-term business strategies, supporting modernization and continuous improvement.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Engage with senior management and stakeholders to communicate strategies and drive decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced studies are preferred.

  • Typically, 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, product management, or a related area.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Lean principles, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.

  • Proven hands-on experience building and creating with BI Tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $105,000 - $157,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
