Position Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative learning and talent development professional to join our Talent Enablement team. This role will design, deliver, and continuously evolve our leadership development portfolio while supporting key talent management processes that shape how our people grow and thrive globally.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Enablement, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the next generation of leaders across our organization. You’ll manage flagship leadership programs, partner with HR and business leaders, and bring fresh ideas that connect learning, performance, and future-ready skills.
You’ll join a small, agile, and deeply collaborative team that’s reimagining how employees learn, lead, and grow in a global company transforming for the future. Responsibilities:
Leadership & Manager Development (40%)
· Own and evolve a suite of core leadership development programs, including:
o Our emerging leaders program (year-long cohort experience)
o New leader onboarding for both promoted and externally hired managers
o Manager Meetups, a monthly 30-minute learning, information and connection series for all managers
o A year-long senior leader development program, focused on enterprise leadership and strategic impact
· Partner with business and HR leaders to ensure all programs align with company strategy, leadership expectations, and evolving capability needs.
· Facilitate select workshops and experiences (approximately 15% of the role), delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences that energize participants.
Talent Management Support (25%)
· Partner with the Director of Talent Enablement to support execution of key enterprise talent processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, talent assessment, and succession planning.
· Coordinate process timelines, communications, and logistics to ensure a seamless manager and employee experience.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of these processes, bringing ideas and insights that strengthen impact and alignment to our evolving business strategy.
· Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Technology, and HR Analytics to interpret data trends and identify opportunities for growth and development across the organization.
Program Management & Collaboration (20%)
· Manage program operations end-to-end, including planning, communications, scheduling, participant management, and feedback analysis.
· Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HRBPs, Communications, and global business leaders.
· Support integration of tools such as Workday Talent and our Docebo LMS to ensure learning and talent processes run smoothly.
· Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to enhance program quality and scalability.
Innovation & Future-Focused Development (15%)
· Bring a forward-looking mindset to learning and talent, leveraging AI, skills data, and emerging trends to shape modern leadership experiences.
· Create and curate learning experiences that are human-centered, agile, and aligned to the future of work.
· Think creatively about how we help leaders learn, connect, and perform across functions, levels, and geographies.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
· 8+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, leadership development, and/or talent management
· Proven success managing enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
· Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to connect with leaders at all levels
· Strong project management and organizational skills, balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence
· Skilled facilitator, comfortable leading engaging group discussions and development experiences
· Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to build "new in white space”, especially in applying skills-based and AI-enabled approaches to development
· Collaborative spirit with a global mindset and genuine passion for helping others grow
· Experience either managing people directly, or managing leadership development programs
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working within systems such as Workday or Docebo (or similar) preferred
