About the role:

As a Lead Technology Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative SaaS solutions serving SMEs. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we expand into this growing segment and identifying new opportunities, developing market-leading propositions, and accelerating growth through innovation and partnerships.

You will operate with broad influence and autonomy, connecting customer insights, market intelligence, and business objectives to define and deliver products that achieve strong product-market fit and commercial success. You’ll collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and corporate sales teams to bring new solutions to market and optimise existing offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and vision for the SME segment, defining how our solutions deliver value to this segment.
  • Identify and shape new market opportunities, developing innovative product propositions and partnership-led models to expand reach.
  • Drive product development from concept to delivery, ensuring features are designed for usability, scalability, and business impact.
  • Conduct deep market and customer research to uncover pain points, assess trends, and inform prioritization.
  • Champion user experience, ensuring products are intuitive, reliable, and enhance customer productivity.
  • Align product direction with strategic objectives, balancing innovation, technical feasibility, and commercial outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
  • Monitor product performance and use data, insights, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support sales and marketing teams, providing expertise and messaging that strengthen positioning and drive adoption.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B product management experience, ideally within SaaS or technology-led environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver commercially successful products that meet market needs and business goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer problems, competitive insights, and growth opportunities into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in roadmapping, market analysis, requirements definition, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management – able to influence across teams and build alignment without authority.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving collaboration across design, engineering, and commercial functions.
  • Desirable: Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit software.
  • Desirable: Degree-level education in business, technology, or a related field.
