Job Description:

Overall Purpose: Delivery/Project Management role, responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Planning and Defining Scope: Develop detailed project plans, define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Define strategy execution, technical roadmap, and business cases for rapid delivery of new products or features. Assign tasks and foster collaboration to keep the project moving forward efficiently.

  • Customer Advocacy and Expertise: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.

  • Technical Project Leadership: Lead technical projects using Agile methodology, including planning, execution, use of standard Agile tools, Epic creation, and User Story development.

  • Development and Testing: Define requirements, document, create user stories, execute test cases, and interact with users for system requirements and modifications.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams, manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation.

  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project goals.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and ensure expectations are managed and met.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

$128,400.00 - $215,800.00
