Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Delivery/Project Management role, responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Planning and Defining Scope: Develop detailed project plans, define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Define strategy execution, technical roadmap, and business cases for rapid delivery of new products or features. Assign tasks and foster collaboration to keep the project moving forward efficiently.
Customer Advocacy and Expertise: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.
Technical Project Leadership: Lead technical projects using Agile methodology, including planning, execution, use of standard Agile tools, Epic creation, and User Story development.
Development and Testing: Define requirements, document, create user stories, execute test cases, and interact with users for system requirements and modifications.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams, manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project goals.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and ensure expectations are managed and met.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
