Job Details:
Assist the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the Debone OSSID department.
Set up the department and ensure USDA, production, and HACCP requirements are met.
Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance.
Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism.
Maintain general housekeeping and wash down at breaks.
Act as the Supervisor in their absence.

Requirements
The applicant must have at least six months work experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
