Customer: Focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction by resolving issues

efficiently, minimizing escalations, and maintaining strong first-contact

resolution rates.

Financial: Aims to optimize support costs while preserving service quality.

Performance is measured by metrics such as cost per support ticket,

reduction of repeat issues, and improvements in operational efficiency.

Process: Improving support processes and workflows is critical. Success is gauged by response times, backlog volumes, compliance with service level

agreements, adoption of support tools, and the implementation of process

enhancements.

People: Developing and maintaining a skilled, motivated team is essential. Key

measures include employee satisfaction, training completion,, individual

performance, and overall team productivity.
