Position Summary: As the Lead 2nd Shift Inventory Control Specialist at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you'll be the person who keeps our evening warehouse operations running like clockwork. When the sun sets and most of the resort winds down, you'll lead a small team responsible for making sure tomorrow's operations have everything they need. You'll stock new inventory, pick and stage orders, and keep our warehouse organized so that when morning arrives, every department is ready to deliver amazing guest experiences. This isn't just moving boxes—it's solving problems on the fly, coaching your teammates, and being the reliable leader who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, opened in the Summer of 2024.
