Summary: 

Responsible for supporting operations for Baxter’s strategic external partners. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

•    Resource management (onboarding, offboarding, annual contract extension, site transfers, settlement of dues, if any) 

•    Activities related to managing the commercial aspects of the engagement such as routing SOWs (Scope of work) for approvals, creating the purchase orders, co-ordination & tracking the POs with suppliers, receiving and tallying timesheets & invoices and processing for payment. 

•    Training allocation and management 

•    Managing IT requests for contractors, coordinating with Baxter IT for issue resolution. 

•    Periodic review with supplier counterpart to drive process improvement. 

•    Dashboarding & reporting of Plan vs Spend, Headcount etc. for Senior Leadership. 

Qualifications: 

•    Understanding the operational process such as purchase order issuance, invoicing & credit notes. 

•    Ability and willingness to learn new software for Purchase to Pay functions. 

•    Ability to work in cross functional team, manage priority tradeoffs, & drive process improvement. 

•    Willingness to work flexible hrs. coordinating with stakeholders from different time zones. 

•    Proficient with MS-Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools 

•    Good verbal communication in English 

 

Education and Experience: 

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: 

Finance / Commerce / Business Administration 

6- 8 years' experience in operations management
