Link is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our Enterprise Architecture and Engineering team. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing existing web applications while driving innovation through modern technologies. You will lead the development of scalable solutions using Azure, C#/.NET, ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and product teams to shape the technical roadmap.

This position requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership capabilities to manage distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Azure, C#, ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js.

  • Provide ongoing production support, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of deployed applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement long-term fixes and improvements.

  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

  • Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations of emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate with product managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Define and maintain architecture standards, coding practices, and documentation.

  • Mentor and manage a distributed team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables.

  • Maintain architecture diagrams and technical documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with proven success as a Full Stack Developer.

  • Expertise in Azure, C#/.NET, ReactJS, Node.js, Next.js, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB).

  • Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.

  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Azure Service Fabric.

  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.

  • Solid grasp of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and back-end development (RESTful APIs, databases).

  • Knowledge of security principles including PKI, cryptography, SSL/TLS, and secure web protocols.

  • Demonstrated experience leading offshore and onshore teams, including mentoring and project coordination.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying scalable, cloud-native applications on Azure.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration.

  • Exposure to Python, AI/ML technologies (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, LangChain, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure Open AI).

  • Understanding of infrastructure and security best practices in cloud environments.

  • Experience designing and executing POCs to validate new technologies.
