What is the opportunity?

Lead End User Computing Engineer

Subject atter expert for a global SCCM/MECM infrastructure.

You will be designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining reports and reporting tools for service centers and enterprise partners

Who will you work with?

  • Multiple hardware and software platforms.
  • Business units to understand and meet information needs.
  • Technology organizations and other business partners to anticipate challenges to information flows and develop solutions that ensure reliability.

What will do you do?

As the SME for a global SCCM\MECM infrastructure you will be applying extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments related to imaging and content delivery at an Enterprise scale.

What do you need to succeed?

MECM Operation Support

  • Triage and solution of escalated incidents to MECM infrastructure team.
  • Serve as application expert for support of peer teams, MECM log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Day to day monitoring, care and feeding of a global MECM infrastructure to maintain application health and availability.
  • Ensure all SQL maintenance jobs as well as application maintenance jobs run to maintain application health.
  • Assist with MECM client health issues on workstations and servers.
  • Participate in various annual disaster recovery exercises as needed.
  • Planning and execution of change records related to deployments, infrastructure changes, maintenance and implementation of new features as needed.
  • Advocate for and advise on the appropriate use of the application via use of best practices wherever possible leveraging available Microsoft resources if needed.
  • After hours support on call via email

MECM Application Management

  • Compliance including TSS, TCVM
  • Attestation of artifacts associated with application.
  • Manage approvals for workflow around application access and conduct access review to ensure appropriate application access levels are maintained.
  • Ensure Disaster recovery plans are up to date and executed to maintain compliance from a BCP point of view.

Must haves:

  • Worked in an enterprise at scale (support environment with at least 10,000 assets)
  • Operated in an highly regulated environment
  • SQL or Powershell programing knowledge for creating customized SQL and Power BI Reports.
  • Must have at least 12-15 years' experience in SCCM/MECM with respect to infrastructure upgrades, configuration, endpoint protection, health monitoring, support, and maintenance.
  • Able to create and managed collections for efficient application and package deployment.
  • Adhere to internal processes, including change and incident management policies, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proficient in using ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Problem Management
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable IT solutions and support large-scale environments.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $120,000-$200,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
