We’re currently seeking an experienced Lead Educator who is passionate about early childhood education, confident in guiding a team, and eager to contribute to a positive, nurturing environment.
About the Role
Lead your room to deliver high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Mentor and support educators to foster best practices and professional growth
Build strong partnerships with families to support children’s learning and development
Create safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments
Ensure the service meets and exceeds the National Quality Standards (NQS)
What You’ll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within ECEC
Strong communication and teamwork skills
