Job Profile:
Drive growth for Medicare Supplement and Ancillary products by setting strategic sales goals, crafting winning strategies and optimizing performance. Stand up a new regional market in the Southeast for sales growth and agent retention. Partner with senior leaders to innovate solutions and generate sales opportunities for portfolio sales. Act as a liaison to key distribution partners and the Senior Supplemental organization. Building and maintaining customer relationships and collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth will be the key to success. Apply leadership skills, market knowledge, and sales expertise to motivate and guide their team or agencies to optimize sales performance.
A Brief Overview
What You Will Do:
Administers strategic leadership and direction for sales initiatives in the Southeast Region, driving revenue growth, retention, and market expansion.
Oversees high-level sales and implementation strategies, aligning sales strategy with organizational goals and market trends.
Communicates strategically with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and implement market access initiatives.
Aligns sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, develop sales forecasts, and drive business insights.
Controls the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to support sales objectives.
Develops relationships with key accounts by providing regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction.
Communicates with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives.

Provides subject matter expertise on Medicare Supplement, Ancillary and Final Expense products to Aetna Medicare Advantage staff and external partners.
Conduct agent training both in person and virtually.
Attending events, meetings, or training as required to support production goals.
Travel up to 50% as needed to support sales objectives
For This Role You Will Need Minimum Requirements
10+ years’ work experience in Sales and Insurance, with Medicare or Medicare Supplement experience a plus.
Live in the Southeast Region
Maintain a deep understanding of Medicare Supplement sales and state regulations as well as industry trends
Sales execution – Planning, delivering, and supporting key sales initiatives
Proven customer centric approach to support portfolio selling through the Sales Center of Excellence
Ability to work cross functionally with the Medicare Advantage team.
Collaboration and teamwork – Building strong cross functional partnerships
Problem solving and decision-making – Driving solutions and informed choices
Growth mindset – Adapting quickly and fostering continuous development.

Bachelor's degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$105,000.00 - $231,132.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
