Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & ERP Operations

  • Process various order types (sales, returns, discounts, rentals) in ERP systems (JDE and SAP)
  • Implement and manage HST order-taking procedures
  • Collect and register legally required biological data from customers in JDE

Sales Data & Performance Tracking

  • Obtain detailed monthly sales data from wholesalers and input into JDE to monitor performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support commercial decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain daily communication with commercial and marketing teams
  • Liaise with global teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth operations

Customer Service Excellence

  • Handle customer complaints and irregular cases with professionalism and care
  • Monitor CS KPIs and take proactive actions to meet targets
  • Manage outsourced service providers and oversee CS budget

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Understand relevant regulations and develop operational procedures accordingly
  • Lead system upgrade initiatives and cost-reduction projects related to shipping and commercial operations
  • Support project planning, execution, and team coordination

Reporting & Communication

  • Provide regular updates on Japan’s operational status to global stakeholders
