About the role:

The Laundry and Valet Supervisor direct the laundry team to ensure that guest laundry is cleaned to the highest standards, in line with Four Seasons quality requirements. This role also assists guests with their requests in a timely and professional manner, and responds to all inquiries efficiently, courteously, and with a focus on achieving maximum guest satisfaction.

What you will do:

Tags Guest items, sorts for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature.
Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature.
Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What you bring:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in laundry operations.
Strong knowledge of laundry processes, including washing, drying, pressing, and finishing.
Familiarity with laundry chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
Experience in inventory management for linen, uniforms, and laundry supplies.
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail, ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Bachelor’s degree or minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
