About this position:
The Labor Law Specialist position within the Human Resources Department includes the creation and review of the company’s legal acts, as well as the entire documentation regulating the rights and obligations of employees in accordance with the Labor Law and other relevant regulations. The role also involves coordinating the engagement of external legal representatives in labor-related disputes, as well as providing legal opinions in the field of labor law and regulations.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Drafting general legal acts and performing legal review of individual acts related to labor relations
- Conducting procedures for determining violations of work duties and breaches of work discipline by employees
- Participating in the implementation of legal procedures within the company aimed at protecting employees’ rights (protection against workplace harassment, whistleblowing, personal data protection officer duties)
- Providing necessary documentation during labor inspection procedures
- Coordinating the engagement of external legal representatives in labor disputes and ensuring the preparation of evidentiary documentation for court proceedings
- Participating in the development of the company’s organizational structure and amendments to internal regulations on organization and job classification
- Monitoring legislation and regulations related to labor relations
Candidate profile:
- University degree in Law (VII level of education)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or in the judiciary, specifically in the field of labor law
- Good command of MS Office tools
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
