Responsibilities :

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic L2 IT Manager to lead our IT Back-Office and Data Services organization in Cebu. This senior leadership position oversees two critical domains: ERP and Data Services Support.

As a key member of the IT leadership team, the Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring enterprise-grade support, effective project delivery, and continuous improvement across SAP, business applications, and data platforms. This role acts as a bridge between global business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, operational goals, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT Back-Office and Data Services teams.
  • Align local execution with global IT Back Office Enablement strategy and initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure systems and services meet evolving business needs.

ERP Testing & Configuration

  • Lead the IT ERP Testing organization, ensuring robust functional testing and test automation practices across SAP and related systems.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, defect tracking, and release readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, frameworks, and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for testing and configuration management.

Data & Analytics Support

  • Manage the Data & Analytics Support team to deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality support for BI platforms, data pipelines, and analytics tools.
  • Oversee incident resolution, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of data services.
  • Ensure data platforms are optimized to support timely and accurate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and drive service excellence.

Project & Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to align on architecture, security, and delivery frameworks.
  • Manage resource planning, budget tracking, and team capacity to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Strong background in SAP ERP testing, quality assurance, and test automation frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing data platforms (e.g., BI tools, data pipelines, analytics environments).
  • Demonstrated success in leading global teams and aligning with enterprise IT strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
