Position Summary

What will this role achieve?

Support administrative and data analytical tasks helping to drive efficiency across the wider team in order to develop & deliver key strategies to launch new smartphones, tablets & wearables in European business in co-operation with Suwon
Support tasks for the team to function its strategic tasks for new helping to drive efficiency across the wider team in order to develop & deliver key strategies to launch new smartphones, tablets & wearables in European business in co-operation with Suwon Corporate Office (50%)
Provide support to the Executive Vice President ETO & Vice President Commercial Strategy (50%).

Role and Responsibilities

What will be your key results?

  • Update and analyse spreadsheets and databases with statistical data

  • Collect and download metrics, and any other relevant data

  • Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans

  • Lead TI & GFK M/S data including price band M/S

  • Support to issue Monthly Mobile Report

  • Support to create MX operation strategy presentations

  • Compile and analyse reports and create ad-hoc reports as required

  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects as required

  • Handle the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the ETO EVP and VP Commercial Strategy

  • Provide word-processing and clerical support

  • Handle the EVP and VP schedule by maintaining calendars and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences video conferences, and business travel

  • Make travel arrangements and process expenses for the EVP & VP

  • Organise and coordinate internal events and workshops across multiple countries

What do we need for this role?

  • Good proficiency in English and fluent Korean (spoken and written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and enforce to deadlines

  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
