Your responsibilities will be to:
Develop long-term alliances with key clients and build strong relationships with customers' decision-makers
Increase market penetration and exploit new opportunities for single-component applications and subsystems
Drive customer satisfaction to the highest degree, considering business circumstances
Formulate and execute all sales and commercial activities for Turkey and Middle East
Drive new business acquisition and ensure rapid deal closure
Identify and develop new leads, converting them into projects aligned with the product business unit
Oversee budgeting, re-pricing strategies, and forecasting activities
Optimize profitable revenue growth across the existing customer base
Handle administrative responsibilities, including supply and supplemental contracts, logistics, and related documentation
Identify, together with Business Units, the most appropriate solution in terms of technology, profitability, competitiveness, and sustainability for the customer base
Represent customer needs internally and align them with Johnson Electric’s strategy and product roadmap
Travel extensively (50–60%) to maintain close contact with customers and partners
Our requirements:
Degree in Engineering, with an Electromechanical or Electrical background
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Profound market knowledge in the field of actuators and a good network in Turkey
Highly self-organized, motivated, and resilient personality
Strong hunter mentality, excellent communicator and energetic team player
Fluent in Turkish and English
Ability to collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Entrepreneurial and out-of-the-box thinking
Proactive and organized person with high communication and problem-solving skills
