Key Account Manager

Work in this family typically has the objective of demonstrating through test or analyses the performance and implementation potential of a concept. This team is responsible for activities aimed at proving a concept to be valid or technically feasible by the application of scientific and engineering methodologies.
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible to negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Develops midterm vision on the own function. Contribution to the strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).
Partner with the best
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible as follows:
Provide oversight to large suppliers or Business Process Outsourcing. Ensure Business Process Outsourcing compliance with SLAs and act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution.
Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
Handles work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
Fuel your passion
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing).
Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Supplier Management.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
