Junior Tekion Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview

The Junior Tekion Maintenance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of CRM data across the organization. This position focuses on performing data integrity audits, completing data hygiene tasks, and processing service desk requests for corrections or updates.

While prior experience with Tekion or DealerSocket CRM systems is preferred, it’s not required—we’re happy to train individuals who bring a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate thrives in repetitive, accuracy-focused tasks and can maintain consistent performance under deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform regular CRM data hygiene and integrity audits.
• Log service requests, track progress, and update tickets as needed.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and resolve CRM issues.
• Act as a liaison between Ken Garff users and Tekion support teams.
• Assist with CRM setup and configuration during conversions and acquisitions.

Skills and Competencies

• Working knowledge of Tekion and DealerSocket CRM software (preferred, but not required).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve CRM data issues.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Customer service mindset with a professional, helpful approach.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift or move up to 30 pounds; reach overhead and at shoulder level; use a keyboard and computer; and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
