Your first months:
- In your first 2 weeks: get to know your new team and get more context around what you will be doing at SITS | Traxion.
- In the next 4 months: Get brought up-to-speed with the IAM world, get hands-on training for both hard skills and soft skills that are necessary to become successful in this field. Obtain the necessary certificates for your respective field and gain insight into your personal communication preferences and underlying drives in order to build on your development plan. Form a collaborative, supportive environment with the other kickstarters. At the same time, get situated and start developing within your team and start a deep dive into your new specialism.
- The next couple of months: Gain hands-on experience working at & with clients. Together with your buddy and the support of your colleagues, you will rocket into becoming a specialist.
- After that: You are fully imbedded into your team and further develop yourself as a specialist within your field. Your professional goals act as a guideline for the steps in your development to ensure you can keep working towards your ambitions.
What you'll do as a Junior Technical Consultant
- Requirements Analysis & Design: Support client consultations to understand their IGA needs and assist in creating solution designs that meet their business and security requirements.
- Implementation & Configuration: Help implement and configure IGA solutions, learning to identify security risks, onboard applications, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Technical Guidance: Participate in delivering workshops, training sessions, and ongoing support under the guidance of experienced IGA consultants, building your expertise along the way.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation for IGA solutions and processes.
- Mentoring: Learn from experienced colleagues while gradually sharing your knowledge with newer team members as you grow.
- Self-Development: Develop your skills by staying up-to-date with industry trends and pursuing certifications in leading IGA technologies such as SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt, or Entra.
- Collaborate: with client teams (IT, HR, CISO) and internal colleagues (Sales, Technical Consultants, IT Operations).

- Position for 40 hours/week (32 hours can be discussed).
- Hybrid working options: 2-3 days/week at our Kontich office or client site and 1-2 days in the home office. Occasional trips to Waardenburg for kickstarter courses.
- A starting salary depending on your level of education: from €3000 gross

What you'll bring to the team
- Experience: You’re at the start of your IAM career, ideally with some exposure to IT/security topics or consultancy. Experience with writing and presenting reports is a plus.
- Skills: Proactive, communicative, curious, and culturally sensitive. You’re not afraid to ask questions or approach new people. Knowledge and / or interest in IT. Knowledge on information security is helpful.
- Languages: Fluent proficiency in Dutch and Business proficient in English.
- Education/Certifications: Hogeschool of University bachelor or master with an IT and/or security component. Any relevant certification related to IT tooling, ITSM and / or project management is helpful.
- Availability: Available fulltime (32 hours can be discussed) from the 1st of March 2026 and able to work from Kontich office or client site 3–4 days/week. Able to travel a coupleof times to Waardenburg for Kickstarter courses.
