Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and Brinks policies
 - Accountable for the labilities.
 - Accountable for the route operations.
 - Accountable for safety route and labilities.
 - Accountable for maintaining good relationship with customers and Banks.
 - Accountable to follow SWI/ SOP for CIT operations
 - Accountable to inform any accidents, injury and vehicle damages to management on real time.
 - Accountable to ensure all safety equipment like panic button, cameras, interlock are working and in good condition
 
Knowledge & experience:
- Cash counting and verifications 
 - Knowledge of SWI and SOP
 - Active listening and understanding customer needs 
 - Good rapport with customers 
 - Knowledge in routes and customer location
 
Competencies:
- Good communication skill 
 - Counterfeit note verification 
 - Local language must
