Join us as a Junior Client Service Representative in the Alternatives Custody Team!

We are experiencing growth in the Alternative Investments business as the industry is also seeing growth in this segment. The Alternatives Custody Hub is responsible for completing the operational tasks relating to Asset Supervision, Account Maintenance and Cash related inquiries. The team is focused mainly on Account Maintenance and Cash servicing. We are looking for someone who is driven to get things done and views obstacles as an exciting challenge that demands an innovative solution. Above all, we seek someone who takes great pride in their work and is inspired and motivated by their role in by providing trusted value.

Some of your key responsibilities include:  

  •  Analysis of clients' legal documents related to real estate investments
  • Independently resolve and oversee the Client’s inquiries related to cash management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Account Managers, Client Service Managers, CSG via email and phone for any cash management inquiries and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures
  • Dealing with account closure process
  • Review and discuss issues requiring escalation to Supervisor
  • Carrying out any updates on the account set up
  • Comply with all internal BBH policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Academic degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
  • At least 1 year’s professional experience in finance or similar fields, where required knowledge and skills could have been acquired
  • English language proficiency B2+/ C1
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/requests at the same time
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive in role
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking
  • Proven ability to solve problems and recommend solutions
  • Willingness and ability to work in a client-driven, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
